Divorce - I was 19 years old when I met this guy Divorce - I was 19 years old when I met this guy

I was 19 years old when I met this guy, who lied about everything, and introduced me to his parents. There after, for a 7 days time him and I were staying in a flat together, we had sexual relationship, but nothing was serious from my side. His parents interfered in between and manipulated me to marry him. They immediately made me shift with them in their home, and started marriage process. It was all so fast, and I was so depressed that, I couldn't do anything. My parents were okay, as my in laws were sure that, my husband is going overseas and it's urgent for them to find a bride, so my parents( my parents and I don't have very good relation) thought it was okay. Now it's about to 2 years, and I'm constantly unhappy. I'm dealing with depression and it was all a lie, everybody is just questioning me, and blaming me for it. So I couldn't find any help when it was recent. We are still living in India, with his parents, cause my husband took 17 lakh plus loan, and he wasn't even settled in his career. Sometimes I feel, divorce is the only option for me to be happy again, cause we barely share feelings or get sexual. But I'm also scared of being left alone, as I don't have my birth parents in support, neither I have my career settled cause of all this shit.

A.Dear Client,
Considering the complexity of your situation, it's important to prioritize your well-being and happiness. Here are a few steps you might consider:

Seek Professional Help: Dealing with depression and the complex emotions you're experiencing can be overwhelming. It's advisable to reach out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who can provide you with the necessary support and guidance.

Connect with Supportive People: While you might not have a strong relationship with your birth parents, it's possible that you have friends or other family members who care about you. Sharing your feelings with someone you trust can help you feel less alone and provide you with emotional support.

Consider Your Options: While divorce might be a daunting step, it's important to consider what will ultimately make you happy and healthy in the long term. Take some time to reflect on your needs, desires, and priorities.

Focus on Self-Care: Regardless of your decision, taking care of yourself is crucial. Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, practice self-care routines, and prioritize your mental and physical health.

Career and Independence: While your career might have been impacted by your current situation, it's never too late to work towards your goals. Focus on developing skills and exploring opportunities that align with your interests.

Long-Term Planning: If divorce seems like a viable option, consider creating a long-term plan that outlines your goals, aspirations, and steps for achieving them. This could involve pursuing education or training to further your career prospects.

Thank You
