There is a person staying in a property adjoining my estate. The said property is a paisari land & it was granted to his predecessor by the Tehsildar . As per law, should the tehasidar provide road access to them while granting the land
Now the person's son has purchased a car & is insisting that he be provided unrestricted use of my estate road?
Their access is through another hilltop road . A portion from the said road to this granted property has no definate motorable road. So they have sought assistance of locals & the Authorities to allow access through my private estate road stating that they have Easement rights. They already have another road access to their property & we are not prohibiting them from walking through this road. We are not agreeable to let them take their vehicle as a matter of right.
Can the Revenue authorities provide access to them through my private property?

A.Dear client,
The Revenue authorities can provide access to them through your private property. If there are any other alternatives available, then you can challenge this order.
