Can I put shade and sliding in it has lots of birds bring non veg , also its risk to children who jump on wall facing garden. Monkeys also come and may harm us. But society has issued letter stating its illegal

A.Dear client,
You can fix temporary shade over the open roof for protection from light and rain. However no grill or sliding window can be constructed.
You would need society permission to install pvc roof to protect from birds. No enclosures can be done without society permission.
