TRANSFER OF CASE
Iwant to transfer my case from one district to another in same state. What is the fees charges of transfer of case.
A.Dear client,
It depends from state to state, from case to case and various other factors as well.
In some cases, individuals who are facing financial hardship may be eligible for fee waivers or reductions. It's advisable to inquire with the court about any available options for reducing fees if you are experiencing financial difficulties.
