PARKING RIGHT FOR FIRST FLOOR OWNER
we live in a flat at First floor the society is having G+2 floor. common parking was written on the registry which was Infront of the ground floor but ground floor had covered all the area by gamla pots. please let us know what are our common parking rights
A.Dear Client,
Check the registry: Check the registry to see if it clearly mentions the location of the common parking area. If it does, then you have a strong case to argue that the gamla pots should be removed to allow for parking.
Talk to the society: Talk to the society and try to understand why the gamla pots have been placed in the common parking area. If there is a genuine reason, try to work out a solution that works for both parties.
Check the local parking regulations: Check the local parking regulations to see if there are any rules regarding common parking areas in residential societies. In some cases, there may be specific rules regarding the allocation of parking spaces
However, the rules regarding stilt parking may vary depending on the local regulations and the specific terms of the apartment complex.

A.Dear Sir,
It means the flat owners are not assigned any specific space for parking. You may park on the place where it is vacant and if necessary remove pots.
