Dear sir,
this is santosh, married vidya on 31 mar 2012. after few months,
she started harrassing me physically and mentally with her brothers , relatives .
on the whole, she has been using me like income only without love and affection.
my life and future has spoiled due to unethical, immoral, adamant lady.
she is awarded ex parte divorce with permanent alimony, at the same time still 498a, 506ipc are pending against me in one place and my married brothers, married sisiters and their families living in different places.
now settlement is going on in family court,
so,
1. whether should i go for single or joint petiton...to show terms and conditions???
2. if so, what points to be included for clearing any cases against me and my family members..???
3 . how to o come out from these all cases and to start my career in government service , gettimg remarriage...
please....show me a ray of hope to build my career in government sector and to start my new life......
iam grateful to you if your guidance is so responsive as early as possible......

A.Dear Sir,
My answers are as follows..
1. whether should I go for single or joint petiton...to show terms and conditions??
Ans. You must go mutual divorce but you are sayin divorce already happened. Then she has to file execution petition and that execution petition must be settled in Lok Adalat.
2. if so, what points to be included for clearing any cases against me and my family members..???
Ans. You must contact in person any expert lawyer in person.
3 . how to o come out from these all cases and to start my career in government service , gettimg remarriage...

In this situation, the only solution you have is to be found not guilty by the proof of harassment or false accusations that you may have against your wife
or to adhere to an out-of-court settlement in which your ex-wife withdraws the charges she has filed under the provisions.
