A.Dear Client,
In India, you generally have the right to sell your property to whomever you choose, regardless of their religion. The Constitution of India guarantees the right to equality and freedom of religion. To ensure a smooth property sale, make sure you follow all legal procedures and have all the necessary documentation in place. This includes clear title deeds, no-objection certificates from relevant authorities, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

A.Dear Cliet,
There’s nothing illegal here. You can sell your land to any person irrespective of what religion he practices provided you abide by the legal compliances with respect to transfer of the title of the land and so you don’t need any kind of special permission selling the property to a person belong to Muslim religion. The seller should have a good title through a registered sale deed and his name should be in revenue records. For any kind of objection or law and order crisis, file a complaint in the local police station and file a petition before the District Magistrate seeking police protection for safety and secuirty.
