Please give more details of the recent amendment. Published in recent news paper about the development of old properties..
.and rights of tenants and landlords benefits... for residential property. ..
where's it's applicable?? And the details of the ammendment.
..i can send the image of the news in ( mostly 19 Feb 2019 news paper...by mail.

...I have rented flat in a buglow in Gultekadi area ..in TMV colony .. since 1986 till date
