shop keeper harassed by neighbor

I just rented a shop in Delhi and one of my neighbors is creating issues while I want to hang my shop board on beam. she said this particular area is my property, and you can't hang your board here after that we got our metal pillar over there still she was saying that you can't hang your board. what I have to do for clearing the issue
