A.Dear Client,
An entry and exit gate of a housing complex is treated as common area and car parking space is alloted to individual flat owners of the said housing complex. So, a common area or place cannot be used for personal purpose. In case the housing complex is maintained by a registered society, then for use of common place/area for personal perpose, society may take action against you following the provision of bylaws of the society.
