A.Dear Client,
If the undivided property is inherited by you and your uncle, you both are entitled to an equal share in the said property. So, to obtain an individual share in the said undivided property, you being the co-owner need to file a partition suit in the Civil Court having jurisdiction over the suit property praying an order of injunction on the proposed sale of the said property. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client
Review the title deeds and relevant documents related to the undivided land. This will help you understand the legal status of the property, the ownership structure, and any specific provisions regarding the sale of the property. Try to have an open and honest conversation with your uncle about your concerns. Express your viewpoint and inquire about the reasons behind his decision to sell the land without your consent. Attempt to find an amicable solution through dialogue. If dialogue proves ineffective, you may consider sending a legal notice through a lawyer. The legal notice can outline your objection to the proposed sale, assert your rights as a co-owner, and warn of potential legal consequences if the sale proceeds without your consent.
