Sub-Cancel the gift deed of 15 5 cotah purchase by my late Father

Land Size 15.5 Cotah purchase by my Late Father the same land (one plot) has registri by younger brother after misguide to my Sister & pressure create to me by my wife, also death after my widow mother. So, I want to know that the Same gift deed can be Cancel or not?
