Legal options -mother transferred property to daughter

We are two brothers and two sisters. All married. We have made a house 7years back(two brothers and father contribution). Mother is sole owner of house. Also we have taken some amount from elder sister for house construction. Elder brother and father don't want to pay Sisters money due to some family conflicts. Me(younger brother) want her money to be paid( I had given an affidavit in 2014 to elder sister against the money taken from her). Now because of all this, my mother has transferred the house on elder sister name. Can you please guide on what are the probable legal proceedings.

A.Sir, file a partition suit in that property as soon as possible and get your share as all of you had somewhere or the other contributed in the making of the house.
