I am going to purchase an apartment in Patel Nagar but the map is not approved,so is this property will be considered as illegal or legal
As most of the apartments there are not having the map approval.

A.Dear client,
Without the proper approval the property will certainly be considered as illegal. It may happen that later on the government can regularize the deviation and make it legal.

To purchase a property having no clear title or approval of the competent authority involves the potential risk of litigation or legal consequences post purchase, so until and unless you are satisfied with the status of the property after carrying out a thorough court search, it is not advisable to go ahead with the decision.
