A.Dear Client,

As it is a co-owned property it is advised to first file suit for the partition of the property, once the partition is done the 1 member won't be able to do any more damage to the said property.

Thank You.

A.Dear Sir,
All the remaining four members have to get issue a legal notice claiming huge damages for such illegal action and if not paid you may approach Civil Court.

A.Dear Client,
Your query requires more details to respond properly. However, if the dispute between the co-owners of the property is not settled amicably then you may go for filing a suit for partition of the property so that all the co-owners get their own share in the property so that the wrong action of one co-owner does not affect the other co-owners of the property and wrongdoer faces the legal consequences once the complaint is lodged before the concerned authority./Court. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
