Land dispute Land dispute

Hello, my name is Rajeev Singh Dhurwey (25 years) son of late Mr. Nansoo singh dhurwey ( died on August 2016). We are a family with my mother and my 4 elder sisters. I want advice regarding our ancestral land property. My Grandfather had 4 sons. 2 of which have expired now. In 2003, the distribution of lands have been made through court. And we were living in our prospective lands without any dispute. We have all the land related documents and records which proves our ownership in our property. But now in 2019, one of my father's elder brother (Mr. Biswa) started quarrels and he wants to reclaim the land property in which we are living. He is giving so much headache to my mother and my family. One more important thing is that, Mr. Biswa has ownership of some other land property by inheritance of my grandmother's second husband ( married after my grandfather's death). Means he has two ancestral land property with two different fathers. So I request you to suggest me what to do. And please tell me if there is any risk of losing my property. Please do the needful, i will be thankful to you.. Thankyou so much.

A.Dear Sir,
Since it is acquired through Court as such there is no risk of losing your property. On the other hand you may lodge a police complaint or simple civil suit of permanent injunction restraining him from interfering over your property.
