Dear sir false case has been file against us in court ie Section 452 Section 354.Through our sister in law Because of property.

A.Dear Client,
Once an FIR is lodged under Section 354 IPC and Sec.452 IPC for criminal trespass, true or false, the accused cannot do anything even if it is misused by the complainant. The first thing to do by the accused is to get bail in the case. Gather whatever possible clues, evidence of witnesses, documents etc that would prove your innocence and or the case is false. The Onus of proving the case against you is on the prosecution ( complainant side). They must prove it beyond doubt. The slightest doubt would go in your favour. And, false cases have always loopholes that would prove or indicate their falsity. Engage a good Lawyer to fight out the case at the trial and prove you are innocent.
