Sir,my nabour has build their toilet subtainer outline pipe in front of my house and its leaking everyday and night we cannot eat n work property because of the smell ..I am tired of complaining them.

File an official complaint, providing the documented evidence, and explain the health and environmental concerns caused by the ongoing leakage. Authorities may inspect the situation and take necessary actions to resolve the issue. You can call the police and complain to them directly. That should do the trick. But if that does not work, you can file a case against them under S.290 of IPC.Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for. Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
