A.Dear Client,

If any construction in an existing building deviates from the approved building plan of the Municipal Corporation, the wrongdoer may be subject to legal and penal action under the state-specific Act and Building rules. Once the competent authority, i.e., the Municipal Corporation, is made aware of such unauthorized construction, it has the authority to take legal action against both the society and the individual flat owners involved. The legal consequences for unauthorized construction may include penalties, fines, and other measures as outlined in the relevant state laws and building regulations.
