Bombay High Court has asked clarification from the government whether is willing to grant relief to those societies and private entities who have made applications for land conversion from leasehold to FreeHold, but have neither received the demand order nor did the Payment.
The deadline of March 7 is set for receiving such payments such applications. So what should we do?

A.Dear Client,

The Court's Order's crucial part needs to be accurately quoted within inverted commas for proper comprehension and response. It appears that the Hon'ble High Court has requested clarification from the Government regarding granting relief to societies and private entities seeking land conversion from leasehold to FreeHold. The Court will determine its next steps based on the Government's submission or lack thereof during the upcoming Appeal hearing. If a deadline, such as March 7, is specified, the Court will proceed accordingly depending on whether the order is complied with or not.

A.Dear Client,
The operative part of a Court's Order is required to be quoted specifically under inverted coma so that it can be appreciated and addressed properly. However, from the contents of the query, it appears that the Hon'ble High Court has sought clarification from the Government in the matter of granting relief to those societies and private entities who have made applications for land conversion from leasehold to FreeHold by the next date of hearing. The Court shall take the next course of action based on the submission or non-submission of clarification by the Government on the next date of hearing of the Appeal. If the deadline of March 7 is set for the purpose, the Court shall take its own course of action based on compliance or non-compliance with the Court's order.
