Ancestral Property Dispute Ancestral Property Dispute

My father fought a Civil Suit and got judgment in his favour with a decree protecting his legal absolute ownership right of total ancestral property received through a registered relinquishment deed with consideration, made 40 years ago, from his brothers. All of them passed away & are no more. Civil case is on between us, the heirs. Guardians Act and Limitation Act points are ruled out already in court. As decree-holder's legal heirs, what are our chances of winning case in next higher courts?

A.Dear Client,

In a legal proceeding, the judge is responsible for making a decision or the jury provides its verdict. These determinations are typically influenced by the testimony and evidence presented during the trial by the parties involved. The effectiveness and skills of the counsel presenting the case also play a significant role in shaping the outcome. Following a decision by the trial court, the losing party has the right to appeal the judgment to the next higher level of the court.

It's important to note that predicting or accessing the judgment of a case in advance is challenging. The outcome depends on various factors, including the presentation of evidence, legal arguments, and the interpretation of the law by the judge or jury. While parties may have expectations or hopes for the outcome, the actual judgment is ultimately decided based on the merits of the case and the application of the law.

A.Dear Client,
The judge makes a decision or the jury gives its verdict, based on the testimony and other evidence presented during the trial by the parties and partly depends upon the skills and efficiency of the counsel contesting the case. The losing party may appeal against the decision of the trial Court to the next higher level of the court. Nobody can forecast or access the judgment of the case upfront,
