A.Dear Client,

It appears that the staircase is shared between the third-floor residents and the second-floor residents. Therefore, you may not be allowed to install a shoe rack on the wall of the staircase as it could cause inconvenience to the people residing on the third floor while using the common staircase. It's important to note that providing an exact legal opinion would require a physical examination of the location and a verification of the relevant documents.

If you are considering making changes or additions to common areas, it's advisable to check the terms of any agreements, bylaws, or rules governing the property. Additionally, consulting with a legal professional or seeking advice from your housing association or condominium management could provide clarity on what is permissible and acceptable within the shared spaces.

A.Dear Sir,
It seems stair case is the common for both third floor residents and second floor residents. Thus, you cannot put up any shoe rack on your deemed wall of the stair case which may be inconvenient for the people residing in the third floor while going to the third floor through the common staircase. Exact legal opinion cannot be given unless physically seen the spot and contents of documents are verified.
