Poor Drainage conditions of our house premises Poor Drainage conditions of our house premises

We are suffering from the poor/unhygenic drainage conditions of our house premises, because of newly built promoted building of our neighbor. The promoter built that building very terribly that they did not make any kind of latrine pit for their latrine wastages. And they did not make kind of separate pipeline for their wastages, and they join their pipeline with corporation pipeline. For that reason their wastages get outburst and filled our pathways and make area very unhygienic.
How to take legal action against them?

A.Dear Client,

If you are facing continuous mental and physical harassment at home, there are several options you can consider to address the situation. Here are some steps you can take:

1. Contact a Social Worker or NGO: Reach out to a social worker or a non-governmental organization (NGO) that provides support for individuals facing domestic violence or harassment. They may offer guidance, counseling, and assistance in resolving the crisis.

2. Consider Economic Independence: If possible, explore options for becoming economically independent. This may involve finding employment or seeking support from organizations that assist individuals in distress.

3. Online Complaints: You can make a complaint online to relevant authorities. The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) can be contacted through their respective online complaint portals. Additionally, you can approach the National Commission for Women (NCW) and State Commission for Women for assistance.

4. Legal Action: If the harassment persists, you may consider taking legal action. This can involve filing a complaint with the police, obtaining a restraining order, or seeking legal assistance to address the issues you are facing.

Remember to document instances of harassment, keep any evidence you may have, and seek support from friends, family, or organizations that specialize in helping individuals in distress. It's important to prioritize your safety and well-being.
