PG Refund

I went to one PG today on 16 March in evening time. There I booked one bed in two sharing room by making deposit of Rs 3000. Thereafter 2 hours, due to some problem I called them to cancel my booking and refund the amount, but they completely denied it citing some irrelevant rules that is written on the back of their receipt that too is not digital.
