Property Dispute Property Dispute

The property is in the name of our ancestors. All the ancestors are passed away & no more partition is there. Other share holders have already got their shares & I stay with my family far from the property for my children's study. Now I wanted to build house in my share of that property which is only left behind that also smaller than the actual share. But the other share holders are now creating disturbances in my construction. Is there any law that can stop them doing such things & help me build my house peacefully.

A.Dear Client,

File a civil suit under Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 in the appropriate Civil Court for a declaration. Seek an injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC along with Section 151 of CPC to request the Court's inherent power for justice.
