Sir maine 11acre jamin char logon se liya jo ek hi parivar ke hain. Chaar sale deed ka draft likha gya jiski copy mere email par bhej di gayi lekin jab registrar office se jo registry mili usme ek sale deed me jamin ka number aur uska shetrafal badla hua hai. Kya isme fir ho jayegi aur kya civil court se land registry charon cancel ho jayegi abhi 1 saal hua hai. Please suggest me kya karna chahiye 11acre ki jagah 10.48 acre hi jamin mili aur sab banjar mili jo dikhaya gaya wo nahi mili.

Please cancellation ka option bataiye wo log fraud log hai baad me pata chala wo isme sansodhan ke liye taiyar nahi hai. Mere paas proof me mail me bheji gayi draft copy hai jiske adhar par hamne sign kiya tha sath me registry lekhak ki call record hai jisme mail copy ko sahi bataya hai.

A.you can make a police complaint but chances are LOW.....
you should check the drafted deed before signing it,
better to settle the matter through panchayat/elders/community etc

A.Agar pahela owner ready hai to . App usme durusti Kar sakte ho . Nahi to under section 420 of IPC me antagat unke upar gunha dakhil Karo

Sir isme cancellation ho sakta hai kya hamne loan le ke jamin lee thi krishi bhumi ki jagah banjar jameen mili hai. Kya civil court 420 ke adhar par cancel kar sakta hai.
