A house in a residential area(Corporation) was rented to a Hotel in which it's labours of about 50 members staying.This creates nuisance to the neighbours and they dump carbage which harm the environment. What action can be taken for this and to whom report about this?

A.Dear Client,
Commercial activities in residential areas are impermissible under the law. In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the owner of the residential house file a mass complaint to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation for necessary action failing which, file a suit against the house owner under Section 268 of IPC for public nuisance in the court of Judicial Magistrate concerned for appropriate relief in the matter.
