Digging borwell infront of my house without permission
1 week ago
If Neighborung People decides to dig the borewell sanctioned by govt for that area infront my house (which is on road but right infront of my house) without my permission, Is it legel in India (Karnataka) or Can I file a case?
A.Dear Clients,
If your neighbors dig the bore well in the government sanctioned area, with the permission of the concerned authorities then you cannot raise an objection. But, if your neighbor undertakes the installation work without proper authentication and due diligence, then you can file a complaint about the same to the concerned authorities.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
If the land/place belongs to the Government, then your permission is not required. You cannot raise your voice against the installation of a borewell near/in front of your house. Your objection may be upheld as a disruption to public works.
