I don't want divorce

My husband send me divorce papers I have pregnant 5mon.nw my husband saying I m charctersless girl n he having some proof of my past bf photos.my husband planned for me n he full month calling me n asking anything n saying wrong wrong words torching me.i also have frustrated n saying anything my husband record all the voice n he is using aganist to me.now how I can slow this problem please help me some give advice asap

A.Donot worry getting divorce is not easy.first engage a lawyer and file written statement/reply. Ur past pics and phone recodings has no importance in the court.further to nail them u can file domestic violence case but it has wider ramifications so be careful and calculative.

A.Reply to the divorce petition filed by your husband. You can also file a application for domestic violence for the mental trauma caused by Ur husband.

A.Generally the family matter to be solved through mediation by elders of the family. Application of family laws to be minimum and cautiously.

A.I have seen people asking you to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights but there is no point as your husband has already filed divorce case. You need to file the reply to the petition with point wise reply to all the base created by your husband.

You can also initiate proceedings under Domestic Violence act and move a complaint regarding dowry harassment and also claim maintenance from your husband.
