If one brother tried to trespass other brothers share of property in joint house, what actions can he take? Can a court suit protect any such future action? How? How much it costs?

A.When you say "other brother's share in joint house", I take it that a partition has taken place, either orally or by mutual understanding. Filoe a bar injunction suit, court fee is very less.

No partition have been done either oral or written. The brother done partion himself, now his wife even blocked access to the way to common area by putting her goods like almira, trunk, etc. I heard that even in partition suit both of us will get agreed share after round table talks, is it true? How much time n money will it take as sister us also co owner after death of mother... Sister said that she will not take any share.

That be the case, you have no other alternative but to file a partition suit. Once it is filed, there is a chance that the court will pass a preliminary decree for the share in the properties, and for partition by metes and bounds, the final decree has to be passed

In tamil nadu the court fee is not more than ten thousand rupees, and depends on the case. Advocates might charge you based on the property value
