Hello i want to ask for my frnd as she wants to be independent because her family is not supportive and even tries to kill her. She is major. But in her family his father even not a single person of her family helping her, she is getting mentally tortured there pls help me urgently what should i do. I want that her family live her not keep captured her and give tention to her as she already facing some medical issues and she needs medical treatment immediately but her family were not spending single penny on her.
I want that my name should not come in any of this but i want to help her pls what should i do. I want the solution asap becoz she is suffering more there. Pls tell me.

A.Go file a FIR
also file a case of Domestic Violence under section 12 of the PWDV Act.

A.Dear client in your matter there is need to file complaint into police station for harrassment and tourture.if she really want justice then Justice never comes without fight. This is strong decision but best for her life.
