I am a woman of age 43 years and working in govt.service.One of the lawyer from District Legal Services Commission is sending mail to official address, based on my husband complaint, instead of my residence address, where I am living with my husband more than 15 years for counselling. During my first visit, behaving badly and I had informed to him, don't send it to my official address, but still he is sending the same and spoiling my reputation.
Please advice to take action against him.

A.Mam there are a variety of things you can do here.

1. First and foremost, lodge a complaint against him [if need be file a FIR]
2. Inform the local bar with his name wherever he practices requesting them to take strict disciplinary action.
3. Send a copy to the Bar Council of India requesting them to take strict disciplinary action.
4. If nothing of the above helps you, then, issue a legal notice directing him to refrain from doing such activities or else legal actions will be taken against him.

Thanks
Shreyash Mohta
