About my faimly matter I need your advice actually we have 6 faimly members including with me father,mother,2 younger sister & one younger brother my father is mental since my childhood but now we need money for sis marriage so we decided to sale our grandfather plot for arranging money but our cousin's not agree to divide the plot actually my uncle is no more.so I need ur suggestions what I do

A.It is better to contact a Property lawyer to guide and help you in quick selling the plot in your possession and title to the document .

A.According to law u file partition suit in civil Court and after getting decree from court,u all can sale your share from the ancestral property.For urgent need u all can sale your share from the ancestral property if the buyer agree s to purchase.
