Description
If some part of the land in village originally does not belongs to us and my grandfather were 2 in number.My grandfather got that land on stamp by the seller by his consent.My uncle who belongs to another grandfather stolen it and now they are no more.My aunt has that paper then may I know that part of land belongs to whom.I have attached a graphical representation of land and it's members. Kindly explain and suggo me further. Thanks

A.It is difficult without seeing the property papers.
however if the property is ancestral then such claim can be made.

A.Yes u can claim on ur share if it is ancestral land

A.Dear Sir,
Without seeing documents it is very difficult to suggest you however you can file a suit for recovery of possession and get the land.
