My husband is having sexual problem till we managed with the help of doctor to concieve a baby girl. Since her birth he and his parents is reluctant to do anything of her and torchering me to leave house. Also he is having mental brother and all are staying with us only. Also he does not want to take tablets for his problem also. I'm having Govt job. Kindly advise me what time do in case.

A.You can initiate divorce proceedings against him for all the reasons you cited as your grounds. If you do not want to take that extreme step, file for judicial separation, but since you are employed you can claim maintenance from him for the child. There are other legal options also.
