State consumer court has given order to builder to repay rs 15 lack with interest from Jan 2015 with 9% interest
Will court send order to builder
what is the way builder will pay
what is your fee to file execution and which documents you require
Please give lump some fees

It's State Consumer Commission Order. Execution must b filed within 2years. However, it can b taken with delay condonation. Order can b executed against the builder. Order is communicated to the builder. Commission can attach properties of the builder and even send builder behind bars in case of failure to obey. We can surely do effectively with this matter. Lumpsum fees one lakh which is 50% at the time of assigning and remaining 50% getting the matter lodged either cash or by cheque. U can get the amount ordered along with interest upto the date of actual payment. Thanks n regards
