Dear sir, i am radha. My mother lived on her maternal home and she has been died on 2016 and my mother have 5 sisters and 1 brother. My maternal grand father and mother died in 2002. After that my uncle (mama) transfer this property on his name and sold some part of this land after that now all electricity and water connection seprated on my name etc documents. Now he refuse to give our right over property but now we applied for partion suit with temporary injuction and i got on whole property but problem is that in khatauni this land is not abadi land but in khasra this is abadi land . How can we get victory in this case plz help us
