Hello Sir/Madam,
Since 4 years I am residing in co op society. Till two years MC committee celebrated all festivities in club house which is provided by builder.
Now they are started using the open space for all events celebration. Which is of lot noise. I am requesting since one year verbally officially but they have mentioned MC committee have rights to do so.
We literally get disturbnace with lot of noise also we do have official meetings in evening, also have small baby of few months and kid who goes to school.
Now we want to know do we have any legal act under which file case on MC members and stop this action immediately.

Thank you for suggestions and help.
