1. is it easy to use stamp papers or franking to make large amounts of stamp duty in respect of property mortgage or purchase?
2. what is the procedure of franking? which banks are eligible for franking.
3. please tell me points of franking.
4. after paying stamp duty by franking, is it require to pay property registration fee online? is there any other mode to pay registration fee?
