I am three brother, a land has legal name of all three brothers but one of my brother has rented the place to bank atm and a coaching center and taking all rent alone and not distributing it among us. What legal process to take in this. I think for immediate I want the bank atm and coaching center to be thrown out from the place, please suggest the legal ways for this also
A.Firstly send a legal notice to your brother stating the fact.
and give him a period of time to evacuate the bank atm and caching centre from house.
if they fail to do so in time.
then file a partition suit and pray for injunction.
