Gift deed

My father registered (gift deed) his self earned property to my name on 3 years back. But now he want to cancel that due to some family issues . Now me and my father both of them agreed for the cancellation . There is no against for that . So my father can cancel that gift deed or not .

A.If you wish you can cancel it with the due process of law.

A.Yes, he can cancel the gift deed. And you should sign it as a consenting party (not as a witness)
