Harassment, tourching & blackmailing

Namaste sir sum people are touching & blackmailing me & my family after the death of my father. stating that my father has not paid their money.but we don't have any knowledge about there transactions. Plz suggests me what to do?

A.Dear client,
No need to be panicked, you should strate go to ur nearest thana and lodge FIR if you know such people, against them. And describe there every saying and way of misbehaving and torturing. If you have his cellphone and recoding of his talking then we'll and good if not then do it.
However Thana incharge not registering FIR, then with the help of the advocate file a complaint case at CJ.M at ur Civil court

A.You can ask them to go a file a case if there is any truth in what they say. If they still don't listen, you can make a complaint with your local police station and also file a suit for injunction.
