i'm adopted by my grand father (maternal parents) lagally on paper, at the age of 3. My father left me and is still alive. my mother did marriage after 10yrs of separation because my father did not responded to divorce letter.
Now , my grand father died 2 yrs ago , I want my share of property, my grand father ( naana) has 3 childrens, 2 boy (my maama) and 1 girl ( my mother -eldest) , one share has already been named to my eldest maama , and the other share been named of my mother by my grand mother (naani) all the property was in name of my grand mother though. so what would be my share of property being an adopted child , and should i claim from my original father also , and from my grand father , or from the father my mother married to. .. sahil ( u can whatsap or call at 8860401401
