This company is fraud they demand money.
They called me up and say are you interested in data entry job you have to fill 700 forms within 7 days you will get 30 rupees perform so I said that I I am interested in working so they ask me my Aadhar card and my email ID so I provided them but after read of agreement and terms I refused to work them with in 15 min of mail, mail copy is attached.
I call that mobile number who called me for the job and I said that I am not interested I can't do this so she said let me talk to the higher authority and I will call you as soon as possible so I wait for their call and she said that you have to pay 5000 rupees as portal charges so I said I can't I don't have money so she said OK then you will be contacted to my advocate for legal proceeding
I said OK then after few days I received a message that your case has been registered by Surat Court

file a criminal case or lodge a police complaint under 420
You may get issue a legal notice and file a civil case or lodge a police complaint.

You should have received a notice before hand-its not mandatory but is a general norm. If you have received a proper summons from the Court then you must appear through your advocate for the same.
