Power of attorney

I have entered into an agreement with a promoter to construct a building on my land. For that I have also given him the power of attorney. Now he is not acting as per the agreement. What can I do to stop him.? Can I withdraw the power of attorney given to the promoter ?

A.give public notice that you are cancelling his GPA and no one must do transaction with him

A.yes can ask him to do as per agreement and you can revoke his GPA by cancelling it

A.Hello,
If the contract agreed between you both is not performed according to the terms of that contract, then you are entitled to terminate the contract and seek compensation for failure of performance pf the contract.
Such reliefs can be initiated by way of issuing a legal notice to the promoter through your advocate, as well as publishing a notice to terminate the said contract and ultimately instituting suit in the Court of Law.
