just b4 7mnth i got mrg.after 1mnth v separated. he sent divorce notice and given false police complaint so what case i hv to file in court and my opinion is to file maintainance case. if i file maintainance case then wt all needed documents from my side to submit to court on husband? and how much amount i get as maintainance from him. his salary 35000. he given all details wrong only exept his mava's home adres. so how shal i do further contact regarding this case to dat fellow. and he is a cheater den how can i teach him n his family a lesson about value of life of a girl.
