Custody of 4years old daughter
My wife wants to leave the marriage. We are married for 4-5yrs now. However, she wants to get out of the relationship. I want to keep custody of my daughter who is 3yrs+. Can I keep the same until any legal order is being issued by any of the courts on the matter?? She is planning to remarry her old boyfriend. Please advice.

A.Mother is the natural guardian of the child and she will get the automatic custody. To get the custody to yourself you will have to prove in the court that she is not capable of having the custody and upbringing of the child. Also, since she is moving away from the marriage due to her relationship with her boyfriend it will be easier for you to get the custody through court.
