Hlo sir, myself Shivani aged 18 years. My father has left me, my little brothers (aged 13 and 9) and my mother(housewife). He is dead to us. No support from in-laws. Now my question is how can law help us to get share from property.?

A.Ur mother and minor children ( ur brother and sister)can claim maintainence from your father.So fara as property is concerned, u can get share during his life time only by his choice or as a matter of right after his actual death in equal share with your mother/ brother/ sister
