My grandfather and grandmother has died. They did not have any deed or dalil for their piece of land. We are living in same piece of land. Now we need to construct a new house in same. To get plan passed by poursabha. What should I do ?? How to get dalil with their name. How can we devide the same in three brother ?

A.dear client in your matter Kindly find out the daag no. and khatian No. check in the BLRO and also in the Pourasabha by whose name the tax bills are coming. Check whether there is mutation done in the name of your Grandfather or Grand Mother . Then you need to make one legal heir certificate after that mutate your names in the property.

A.Kindly find out the daag no. and khatian No. check in the BLRO and also in the Pourasabha by whose name the tax bills are coming. Check whether there is mutation done in the name of your Grandfather or Grand Mother . Then you need to make one legal heir certificate after that mutate your names in the property.
