A.Put that property in HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) then you will get.

A.If your grandfather is still alive and had no ancestral business or property and the site was bought from any income source of his ancestral property then answer is ' yes'. If your grandfather is now not alive, the other claimants should prove that the site was bought from such a source. that is if the site was bought from your grandfather`s own earnings then answer is 'No'.
